	*PLANT OF THE MONTH FOR AUGUST* Agapanthus is definitely the plant of the month for August. This lovely tall dark blue specimen was given to me by a friend, so I'm afraid I do not have a name for it. They love a sunny well drained situation.
*Xanthorrhoea glauca.*	The campanile which forms one wall of the Mediterranean courtyard.
	This the first time Puya mirabilis has produced flowers since developing the Mediterranean Garden in 2001
